Civic Concepts Internation is currently accepting applications to postions for the next IYLA. These positions include:

Project Administrator

Responsible for the everyday running of the project, communication with the CCI head office, partners and students.

Project Associate

The five regional Project Associates, will be responsible for promoting the IYLA and working with universities and students in their given region to attract attention for the conference.

Ntsapokazi Ntsaluba

CCI SA Director

NtsapoKazi Ntsaluba

Miss Ntsapokazi Ntsaluba, was born and raised in the friendly province of the Eastern Cape. She attended an all girls’ school in the small town of Queenstown. At school she was passionate about politics and was heavily involved in the Junior Town Council. She is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Accounting and Finance at University of Cape Town. She has served as a residence mentor and on the executive committee of the UCT squash club where she assumed the role of social developer.
Ntsapokazi is very concerned about the lack of political awareness amongst the youth of South Africa. After graduating, she hopes to pursue a career as a chartered accountant and hopes to work for the South African government.

William Webster

CCI Executive Director

William Webster

William is the founder and Executive Director of Civic Concepts International, where he oversees international youth projects. After working with youth from the Congressional Youth Leadership Council, Webster brought with him from Washington DC the idea of starting a youth leadership campaign in Central Europe based on multicultural understanding with the promotion of democratic ideals. William founded the International Youth Leadership Conference and Civic Concepts International as a way to make this initiative a reality. Since the inception of CCI William has expanded the scope of the organization and has launched projects furthering the CCI mission with a Women’s conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is now very active in launching International Youth Leadership Africa. Webster believes strongly in giving young people cross cultural experiences, experiences that will stay with them for a life time, believing that these are very important tools that will help young people develop into world class leaders.
